Fun Food Friday: Baked Cinnamon Apple Slices 🍎

Warm, cozy and full of holiday flavor — these baked cinnamon apple slices make a simple dessert or snack the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients
3–4 apples (any kind)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1–2 teaspoons sugar or honey (optional)
Nonstick spray or a small amount of oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Wash apples and slice them into thin wedges. No need to peel.
Lightly grease a baking dish or baking sheet.
Spread apple slices evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples. Add sugar or honey if desired.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove when apples are soft and lightly browned.
Serving Tip
Serve warm on their own or with a spoonful of yogurt for extra protein.
